We have 21 appraisers and a full time management staff working 7 days a week to personally service you with great client support and communication. Our high-speed reports can be sent to you over the Internet via EDI using PDF format (Call our Tech/MI Department if you need assistance).

Our professional appraisers have 120+ years of combined experience performing all types of appraisals including: FHA, Conventional, (ERC) Relocation, Income, 2055's, Drive-by's, REO, and all types of Review appraisals.

Due to our many years of experience as well as our working knowledge of underwriting guidelines, we have the capability of preparing our appraisal reports in order to anticipate and address any potential concerns of the lender/investor. Thus, we do things right the first time in order to expedite the process, allowing you to address other concerns.
